I have tried this the past few days and can confirm it makes a difference. Work is stressful at the moment with deadlines approaching. I have been listening to classical music on the drive and can notice a change. It allows me to save my emotional energy for things that are important to me. I played around with a few Bitcoin wallets to test them and recover via seed phrase in different wallets. When I tried a Blockstream Jade, I could add another account but when I put in the seed phrase in another wallet the sub account is not found. I've tried blue wallet and nunchuck. The cheapest way to get SATs I have found is to buy at set price on Bitaroo, 0.15% maker fee. Then send to Wallet of Satoshi, 1000 sat fee. Then to strike, about 100 SATs, then send low priority to cold storage for no fees in excess of the on chain fee.

Its KYC, but you jump between companies in different countries via lightning.

Is there a cheaper option?

Is there a lightning non KYC custodian that can send on chain for cheap?
