Got my Kombucha back in full…
Got my Kombucha back in full swing. I usually flavour it with sliced ginger or passionfruit but have left this one plain.
Kombucha is something that needs to be done in a community so you can share scobys. I let mine die and it took too long to get back into it.
I something think about starting a micro brewery and lunchtime Kombucha bar. It would make a great alternative to bee, soda or coffee as a pick me up drink.
