Twice baked goat cheese souffle with a parmesan glaze and topped with a fresh fig. Surrounded by a salad of rocket, raddichio, apple, walnut, orange and pomegranate with a red wine and olive oil dressing

Main:
@roaringfortieslamb loin roast; slow-cooked ham with a homemade earl grey, whisky, apple & cranberry glaze, roasted potatoes, pumpkin, sweet potato & parsnip; broccoli, cranberry & slithered almond salad with an orange honey mustard dressing; sauteed garlic beans

Desserts:
@recipe_tin Pavlova Christmas Tree topped with a speculaas star, ft homemade raspberry coulis
Summer berry trifle

Baking:
Pfeffernusse, gingerbread, speculaas, cranberry & pistacchio shortbread, candy cane cookies, rum balls, homemade hazelnut Nutella chocolates
