Need to get a VPN but…

Need to get a VPN but not tech savvy. My wife wants to get it so my daughter can watch tv from overseas. I would like to piggy back and run a node eventually.

Can anyone help me out with advice? One that you at for in Bitcoin on lightning is preferred
