I haven't read the thesis, but it seems to me that it points out to government the need to control 51% of the hash rate. Government could fund manufacturing mining equipment
The first few chapters were good, but then he gets unhinged and goes down some tangents. It is quite cringe.
It's a pity because it could have been a great book
